Usually when Jonah Hill has to read for a role, he doesn't have to go as far as he did recently for his House on Haunted Hill job. But, indeed, the comedy actor went that extra mile when Mac Studio's chief Mac the Movieguy wanted him for his remake/retool of the classic Vincent Price horror thriller (and later made with Geoffrey Rush in the lead role).Yes, Jonah Hill got his Haunted job via Mac's production office casting couch.
Hill has the highest Talent Score of the cast, yet he's not a starring character. That honor goes to Channing Tatum. But does he think the role is worth it?
Unfortunately, Hill is not returning queries.
"I think he's probably still in the shower washing and washing and washing" a fan of the young actor stated. "I mean, wouldn't you be doing that?"
House on Haunted Hill is scheduled for an August 30 release.
