Due to unplanned circumstances, Flip Brothers Studios has pushed its two upcoming movies each back a week. UWC: Bloodbath is advertised as "Bigger, Better, Bloodier." The second of Mr. Grell's wrestling events, the studio is keeping tight-lipped about the card.
"We'll be advertising it shortly" a studio representative stated. "We don't want to blow the surprises too soon."
The second movie to be set back a week is Horror Days, a continuation of horror short movies and an HTG TV series. On slate this time so far is a film based on a franchise not owned by the producing Ritchie Steven. As of this writing, RS has not heard back from the owner of the property to make sure that he can release the story. The other half of Horror Days is titled Daydream, a Lonely Island story from producer Marlowe.
"More shorts are invited to join" explained an FB staffer. "Please let us know if you want in on the fun."
Horror Days is slated for October 2. Also set for the month is PJ Flip's Ash vs. The Wizard of Oz and Lucian's XCC 4: Women on Top.
After a week of light bidding, the Warcraft franchise has fallen into the hands of Miracle Pictures. Encompassing games, books and other varied media, the property was recently released by producer Aaron Rowland. Aaron is in semi-retirement on an undisclosed tropical island, so decided to get Warcraft into the hands of someone who will provide use for it.
Currently valued at 75 million dollars, Lucian Carter declared that Warcraft could be worth as much as 300 million. Miracle Pictures grabbed it for 275 million.
"It seems like an exciting opportunity," remarked Miracle Pictures chief Marlowe. "In fact, the world of Warcraft (pardon the pun) is big enough that I think multiple films can be based upon it."
Marlowe also informed this reporter (ha?) that he has had multiple requests on purchasing the product. The MP head insists that it is not for sale.
"Anyone who wants to pen something for Warcraft is invited to get in touch with me."
