The rumor mill is at it again. The new gossip claims Diplomat's Son actor Michael Fassbender was asked to leave the premiere party of the film on Tuesday night.
How come?
A so-called “source” says that he was grabbing his co-stars and waltzing around the room with them. He lit a cigarette indoors and that was the point it had gone too far. Michael was allegedly asked to leave. He was in good spirits but it was becoming a bit of a handful for the other guests.
The rumor also claims that Fassbender's co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Vincent Cassel looked a bit uncomfortable with his antics.
Really? Not. At. All.
Despite the fact that Fassbender did rely on the help of a friend to make his way out of the bash, he was in no way asked to leave. A rep for Fassbender, who was actually at the party, tells Happening the story is “...incorrect. Everyone was glad that he was there and no one was asked to leave early, but hey, feel free to just make it up, huh."
Diplomat's Son, directed by David Fincher, produced by Eric's Frontline Films and released by Horizon Pictures, opens Friday.
